Job Description
SAGLEV distributes, assembles, and manufactures vehicles for emerging markets and offers affordable financing for electric vehicles. We are seeking a formal, customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our Victoria Island team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain customer records using CRM systems.
- Provide accurate product information and draft correspondence.
- Support client retention and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements: B.Sc. or HND in a related field, minimum 3 years’ customer service experience, proficiency with CRM and MS Office, excellent English communication skills, and residence in Lagos. Full-time position.
