Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and scale-up of multi-country ESGBV initiatives. The role oversees program teams, partner relationships, and budgets; ensures survivor-centered, safeguarded approaches; and drives monitoring, evaluation, adaptive learning, and donor reporting.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in GBV or protection programming with demonstrated leadership.
• Proven skills in stakeholder engagement, grant management, and M&E.
• Master’s in international development, public health, social sciences, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English, strict commitment to confidentiality, and willingness to travel required.
