Job Description
Humanify Consulting is seeking a full-time Outlet Manager to lead operations at our Garki, Abuja location. The Manager will ensure efficient daily service, drive sales growth, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Oversee daily operations and staff performance.
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to maintain company standards.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets; manage cash handling and inventory control.
- Prepare financial reports and operate POS systems.
- Ensure consistently excellent customer service.
Requirements: 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary: N150,00 net/month.
