A reputable construction and real estate firm seeks an experienced Sales & Marketing Lead. The ideal candidate will drive sales strategy, cultivate leads, mentor a high-performing sales team, and oversee digital marketing initiatives tailored to the Lagos property market.
- Responsibilities: implement sales plans, generate qualified leads, coach sales staff, manage online campaigns and CRM activities.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3–4 years in real estate sales & marketing, excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
