We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist & HR Generalist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our employees. This includes calculating wages, preparing and distributing paychecks, and ensuring compliance with payroll tax laws and regulations.

Additionally, as an HR Generalist, you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities. This includes recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong understanding of payroll processes and HR practices. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization. It’s important to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
