Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, maintaining accounting controls, and assisting with budget preparation. The role will be located in Lagos with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, ICAN) is a plus
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
