Job Description
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Salary: ₦250k to ₦300k
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant production of pharmaceutical products. This position involves overseeing the manufacturing process, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to implement improvements in production processes.
- Collaborating with the Quality Control department to ensure the quality of finished products.
- Managing and supervising production staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during the production process.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate production schedules.
- Overseeing the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical production and manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical production equipment and technology.
