Job Description
Mecer Consulting Limited is actively seeking a highly skilled Head of Operations to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of operations management experience specifically within the banking or microfinance sectors. A comprehensive understanding of banking operations, internal controls, and the guidelines established by the CBN is essential.
Key responsibilities will include spearheading process optimization initiatives and overseeing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, or a related field.
