Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Farm & Fresh. As the Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Monitoring sales performance and conducting regular sales analysis.
- Coaching and training sales representatives to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions.
