21search Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to join our team in Ilupeju. In this full-time role within the manufacturing sector, the QAM will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality control systems. Key responsibilities include establishing quality standards, conducting audits, analyzing performance data, addressing quality issues, and overseeing equipment maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical or Production Engineering, a solid understanding of quality control and management systems, and 3-5 years of relevant experience in plastic manufacturing. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
