Job Description
At Grande Field Ltd, we are looking for a vibrant Business Assistant. The responsibilities include:
- Maintaining office inventory and stock of office supplies
- Working with a variety of individuals, taking feedback to assist in business support delivery for staff
- Resolving office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
- Performing receptionist duties when needed
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Public Administration or relevant discipline
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and adapt easily to new work procedures and environments
- Good organization skills
- Ability to deliver results and demonstrate leadership ability
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
