Job Description
CypressHill Hospital, situated in Ikeja, Lagos, is a leading provider of General Outpatient, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Pediatrics, Surgery, Diagnostic Services, and Specialist Care. We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer/Clinic Manager to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and address inquiries professionally.
- Organize and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Assist patients with necessary forms and documentation.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming.
- Handle billing and payments using our medical software.
Qualifications: A National Diploma in Health Information Management and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in computer skills, time management, and effective communication is crucial.
Salary: N100,00 – N150,00 per month.
