Position: Resident Manager
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and uphold operational policies and service standards.
- Address guest complaints and fulfill requests promptly.
- Monitor budgets and maintain service quality.
- Assist in staff training and conduct performance evaluations.
Education/Experience:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 8–10 years of hotel management experience, with at least 3 years as an Assistant or Resident Manager in a luxury property.
