Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Outsourcing Manager to join our team. As an Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our outsourcing activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing outsourcing strategies to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identifying potential outsourcing providers and conducting thorough evaluations to ensure their suitability and capabilities.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with outsourcing partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of outsourcing partners, providing recommendations for improvement as necessary.
- Managing and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the outsourcing process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourcing management.
- In-depth knowledge of outsourcing principles and best practices.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
