Job Description
EMEA Talents Consortium is looking for enthusiastic and results-oriented marketers to join a well-established real estate firm in Abuja. This full-time position involves crafting and executing marketing strategies for various properties, generating leads, managing listings, and finalizing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute effective marketing strategies
– Generate leads and successfully close property sales
– Foster and maintain strong client relationships
– Analyze market trends and monitor competitive activities
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
– Demonstrated marketing experience with a successful sales history
– Strong communication and negotiation abilities
– Familiarity with CRM tools and social media marketing
Compensation: ₦100,00 monthly plus a 7.5% commission on each property sold.
