Job Description
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within our company. Your primary role will be to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth by attracting and retaining top talent, promoting employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture. In addition, you will handle employee relations, performance management, and training and development initiatives to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field, proven experience as an HR Manager, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong knowledge of HR best practices.
