Job Description
Bedrock Residencies, located in Lagos, is looking for a qualified Stock Administrator to join our Hospitality & Hotel team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience along with at least an OND qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily stock reconciliations for food, beverages, and consumable items.
- Maintain precise stock records and monitor inventory levels regularly.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation to reduce spoilage.
- Generate purchase requests as needed to ensure inventory availability.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
