Job Description
Prestigious Consulting Group is in search of a dedicated and seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our lounge. The successful candidate will ensure seamless daily functions, coordinate staff efforts, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive profitability while upholding exceptional hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and kitchen.
- Inspire and lead staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and create strategies to boost revenue.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Lead staff recruitment and training programs.
Requirements: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, along with strong leadership and communication abilities.
Salary: N250,00 / Month.
