Job Description
GreyBoulders Ltd. is actively seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, on-site role in Abuja. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control, management, and planning within the construction sector. Key responsibilities include the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing cost analysis, and ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
