Job Description

Job Description:

  • Support all Inventory management activities in the region and assist departments in achieving their operational targets.
  • Implement company policies and guidelines for Inventory management, ensuring support for regional operations.
  • Document daily transactions and post them on the SUN Application.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Inventory management reports.
  • Conduct cyclic stock checks and quarterly stock count for proper stock accountability.
  • Ensure real-time documentation of all deliveries to the region.
  • Coordinate daily requisitions from user departments based on guidelines.
  • Liaise with the Head for stock replenishment based on material requirement plan.
  • Coordinate the end-of-year stock count for the region.
  • Prepare and send a list of faulty equipment for repair quarterly to Headquarters.

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

  • B.Sc./ HND in Social or Management Sciences or related field.
  • Documentation skills.
  • Inventory Management skills.
  • Professional Qualification in Supply Management (added advantage).

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain Management.
  • Basic understanding of Inventory Management.
