FFSD group is a goal-oriented and dynamic organization with a track record in providing high-quality, person-centered support, and we are looking for a Head of Business Development to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and alliances that can contribute to the company’s growth.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Identify opportunities and threats and assess strengths and weaknesses.
- Active involvement in building partnerships in line with the company’s target.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish clear and measurable strategic goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve set organizational objectives.
- Pitching the company’s services to potential clients/partners.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward strategic goals.
- Negotiate and execute deals that create value for the organization.
- Identify and coordinate events and activities to promote company visibility.
- Develop strategies to leverage the network for business opportunities and partnerships.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a professional network.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business development officer, sales executive, or a relevant role.
- University degree.
- High level proficiency in communication and negotiation skills.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and with a team.
- Must reside within Ikeja and environs.
Salary: ₦130,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
