Job Description
RemoteAID HR is in search of a driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales department. In this role, you will train and motivate the sales team, while collaborating with the Marketing Head to uncover new business opportunities. Your primary objective is to transform prospects into satisfied homeowners through exemplary leadership and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and investors.
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to synchronize campaigns.
- Perform market analysis to identify new sales prospects.
- Track team performance and compile sales reports.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years in real estate sales, strong leadership capabilities, and familiarity with Abuja’s property market.
