Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to join our expanding real estate team at RemoteAID HR. The successful candidate will be essential in facilitating daily operations, providing support to management and sales teams, and ensuring the efficiency of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Manage correspondence via emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate company records and client databases.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with logistical tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage appointment schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
