Treetop Consulting Ltd is in search of a personable and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist to oversee front desk operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, managing room reservations, and ensuring all guests have a pleasant experience. Essential skills include strong communication, attention to detail, and a dedication to upholding high hospitality service standards.
Requirements: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management or a related field, 1-3 years of receptionist experience (preferably in a hotel setting), proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software, and flexibility in work hours.
