Job Description

Royal Gateway Consulting International Service Company Limited is excited to announce an opening for a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team in Abuja. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00 and is situated within the Tourism & Travel sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee recruitment, training, and development while ensuring adherence to labor regulations. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing compensation and benefits. The HR Manager will be integral in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting professional development aligned with organizational objectives.
