Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ticketing Manager to join our team. As a Senior Ticketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the ticketing operations and managing a team of ticketing staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate ticket sales for various events, including concerts, sporting events, and theater performances.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of ticket orders, refunds, and exchanges.
- Supervise ticketing staff, providing training and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with event organizers and promoters to develop ticket sales strategies and pricing models.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to assess performance and identify trends.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in ticketing management, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using ticketing software and systems.
