Job Description
Apothems Nigeria Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Recruitment Officer to manage our recruitment process. This role requires close collaboration with department heads to identify staffing needs and facilitate an efficient recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills and a minimum qualification of OND. This is an internship/graduate level position, and no prior experience is necessary.
