We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HR & Payroll Generalist on a part-time basis. As a HR & Payroll Generalist, your primary responsibility will be to handle all aspects of payroll processing and HR administration.

You will be responsible for processing employee payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Additionally, you will handle employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintain employee records. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR and payroll processing, with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HR policies, payroll software, and labor laws is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are also required.
