Job Description
Call customers using the customer contact provided in-house.
Sell the company’s product to customers, both physically and via telephone in a courteous manner.
Monitor customers’ transactions until disbursement is done.
Follow up with Credit to ensure a prompt resolution of the customer’s request.
Ensure that daily reports are made available to the department head before close of business each day.
Complete all assigned tasks before close of business each day. If not possible, provide feedback to the department head before close of business.
Listen to customer needs.
Track trends and monitor competition.
Work on brand values.
Search for new (and helpful) marketing tools.
