Job Description
Whip-Smart Service Providers is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resource Assistant or Intern to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. This position is essential for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our factory’s objectives.
Salary: ₦120,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating recruitment and staffing processes
- Managing employee relations
- Implementing training and development initiatives
- Overseeing compensation and benefits administration
- Developing policies and ensuring compliance
- Creating employee engagement strategies
- Upholding health and safety standards
- Conducting HR analytics and reporting
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, demonstrated HR experience, and strong communication and leadership skills are required.
