Bluespectra Limited is actively seeking a qualified Field Operations Manager to oversee a team of Field Onboarding Agents in Abeokuta, Ogun State. This full-time role requires at least 3 years of experience in project coordination or field sales management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting goal-setting sessions, managing agent assignments, providing real-time support for field challenges, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in digital tools are essential. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field is required. Applicants must be willing to commit to a 3-month contract.
