Job Description
Reports To: General Manager
Job Purpose: The Human Resources Manager will spearhead the implementation of HR policies, oversee staff relations, manage payroll processes, and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate staff training initiatives and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and process payroll documentation accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
