KCL Jobs is on the lookout for a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic loan company. The successful candidate will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities: Formulate HR strategies, manage the recruitment process, oversee performance appraisal systems, and address employee relations issues. Ensure adherence to HR policies and maintain precise records.

Requirements: A B.Sc. or HND in HR Management or a related field, with 6-8 years of HR experience (including 3 years in a managerial position), strong communication skills, and proficiency in HR software.

Salary: N800,00 Monthly.
