Job Description
Reports To: Managing Director
Job Purpose: The Administrative Support Specialist will provide essential administrative, clerical, and secretarial assistance to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and various documents.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Organize travel logistics and create itineraries.
- Coordinate internal communication and manage filing systems.
- Assist with presentations and meeting documentation.
- Oversee front-office and visitor relations.
- Track incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Qualifications: A B.Sc. or HND in Secretarial Studies or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: ₦350,00 per month (Full-time)
