Job Description

We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented sales officer to oversee product sales in our various locations with the ability to determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the outlet and inventory of assigned products
• Meet planned sales targets
• Engage customers, promote products, and close out on purchases
• Record sales and customer information on the assigned application
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and escalate where needed
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Outlet Manager
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products
• Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints
• Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases

Requirements:
