Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement ICT strategies and initiatives to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ICT department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
– Manage and maintain the organization’s ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
– Lead and supervise a team of ICT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
– Ensure data security and privacy by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.
– Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
– Collaborate with other departments to identify ICT needs and provide technical support and solutions.
– Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ICT to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Qualifications:
– OND or HND Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an ICT Manager or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of quantum engineering principles and practices.
– Proficient in managing ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
– Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₦107,597.00 – ₦113,886.00 per month
