Job Description
Are you a skilled and experienced Fibre Optics Technician? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team.
As a Fibre Optics Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fibre optic cables and systems. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation and connectivity of our clients’ networks.
Key responsibilities:
- Install and terminate fibre optic cables
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of fibre optic systems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific network requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Fibre Optics Technology or a related field
- Prior experience in fibre optic installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of fibre optic components and systems
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
