Metzger Limited, a licensed non-bank financial institution by the Central Bank of Nigeria, invites applications for the position of Internal Control Manager at our Victoria Island, Lagos office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of our control systems by developing policies, implementing controls, conducting audits, and monitoring compliance to mitigate fraud and errors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the annual audit plan.
• Conduct control assessments and recommend enhancements.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports on KYC, fraud prevention, and AML.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Required relevant professional certifications.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in regulatory compliance within a financial institution.

Salary: ₦500,00.00 – ₦1,00,00.00 per month
