Job Description
Apothems Nigeria Limited is in search of a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to head our sales team and propel revenue growth. The ideal candidate will formulate effective sales strategies, foster client relationships, and ensure sales targets are met. This position demands exceptional leadership, business development, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement sales strategies, guide the sales team, identify market opportunities, conduct market research, manage the sales cycle, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with the marketing department, negotiate contracts, train new sales representatives, and provide constructive feedback to product teams.
