Xuriel Resources Limited, an emerging skincare brand, is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant for a remote position available exclusively to residents of Southwestern Nigeria. We provide a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦50,00 to ₦60,00.

In this role, you will deliver outstanding support by addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels. You will also manage orders, resolve complaints, and collaborate with our marketing team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Communications or Business, along with 1-2 years of customer service experience. A passion for skincare is highly desirable.
