You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and merchants on our digital platform specializing in building materials and services. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, assisting with merchant onboarding, managing complaints, and fostering a positive user experience.

A degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, accompanied by strong communication skills. Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
