Job Description
Liaison officer between customers and company Loan collections and recoveries
Keep track of all loans (accounts) to identify outstanding debts.
Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
Promote products based on the investment profile and risk appetite of client portfolio.
Deliver superior services to clients and seek opportunities to collaborate with other business divisions to deliver cross-selling opportunities.
Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
Handle questions or complaints.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
And other responsibilities as assigned.
Collection Effective Index.
0% of outbound calls resulting in promise to pay (PTP).
Profit per account.
Bad debt to sales ratio.
Days Sales Outstanding.
KPI.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦120,00.00 – ₦148,500.00 per month
