Job Description
Top Offer Academy is a leading career coaching firm dedicated to assisting over 1,00 job seekers in the UK and the US. We are currently in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide support to our CEO and executive team.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, handle correspondence, post job vacancies, communicate with partners in Chinese, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Candidates must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), have prior experience as a virtual assistant, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₦1,300,00.00 – ₦1,800,00.00 per month.
