Job Description
Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited, a distinguished real estate company, is in search of an energetic and detail-oriented Inspection Officer to join our dynamic team. This field-based position is perfect for individuals passionate about real estate, exceptional client service, and property scouting.
Responsibilities: You will accompany clients on property inspections, scout for new properties, capture high-quality photos and brief marketing videos, and report to the office daily before heading out (a company car will be provided).
Requirements: Candidates must confidently drive, reside within the Ikota–Ajah axis, possess an OND/HND/BSc in any field, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
