Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sponsorship Sales and Business Development Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the creation and execution of sponsorship sales initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and targeting potential sponsors, building strong relationships and securing sponsorship deals.
- Developing and implementing creative sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling sponsorship packages and materials.
- Negotiating contract terms and ensuring fulfillment of sponsor obligations.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sponsorship sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be dealing with senior-level executives and potential sponsors on a regular basis.
