Job Description
Juls Homes, a reputable real estate company committed to assisting individuals and investors in acquiring premium properties in key locations throughout Lagos and beyond, is looking for a motivated Salesperson.
This full-time, on-site position based in Sangotedo/Ajah involves engaging in daily sales activities, identifying potential clients, delivering sales presentations, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships and conducting market research.
Ideal candidates will possess strong sales and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software, a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (preferred), and relevant experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.
