Job Description
Wayfare Travels is looking for a committed People & Culture Officer to elevate our HR operations and strengthen our cultural alignment within the organization. This position is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of HR experience who are enthusiastic about cultivating a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies.
- Assist with payroll preparation and leave management.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador for the company.
