Job Description
Lheon Consulting Limited is searching for a Treasury Manager with substantial experience in the microfinance banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing liquidity management, funding strategies, investment planning, and financial risk management.
Key responsibilities include managing daily liquidity, implementing funding strategies, optimizing asset and liability positions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience, particularly within a Microfinance Bank.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in treasury software.
