Job Description
GENESYS ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to manage daily operations within our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office resources, maintaining filing systems, handling correspondence, and supporting HR functions. Key duties include coordinating meetings, managing petty cash, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. We prefer candidates located in FCT Abuja, specifically in the Kubwa Axis.
