Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Professional certifications such as ICAN or ACCA are advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and demonstrate proficiency in accounting software.
